Distillation

Each grain has been painstakingly chosen to give the whisky its unique taste and expression. Indian malt spirit is matured in imported charred and rejuvenated Oak Wood Casks from Kentucky (USA), the land of world-renowned Bourbon casks. The malt matured with humidity, warm temperature and sea breeze acted as real catalysts give it a distinct character to bring a smooth, vanilla, sweet and subtle woody character to the matured malt spirit. This is then blended with grain spirit and married for a specific time to give a full-bodied and rounded whisky like no other.
Aroma & Tasting Notes

When a pale-yellow liquid is poured into a whisky glass and you take the first sniff, you will be on a journey to easily differentiate Matured Oak wood followed by Fruity (Pear, Green Apple), Malt, light toasted notes of grain with a perfect balance of pepper and honey sweetness. As soon as you take the first sip, an invigorating full-bodied taste would welcome your palate with a lingering woody followed by sweet and fruity characters. Swirl around the tongue to experience the long finish and enduring warmth with balanced, smooth and sweet after taste.
